Menara Airport sits only about 6 km southwest of the medina — roughly a 15-minute drive to the Jemaa el-Fna area depending on traffic and where exactly your riad is. Gueliz and Hivernage are even closer, around 10 minutes, while the Palmeraie on the northern edge of the city takes 20–25 minutes.

Don't let the short distance fool you: it's precisely because the ride is so short that unbooked airport taxis inflate the price. The distance is small; the mark-up usually isn't.

The beige taxis outside arrivals typically ask 150–250 MAD to the medina, negotiated on the spot — and at night there's no meter at all, so the price is whatever you manage to agree while tired after a flight. It's rarely a disaster, but it's rarely fair either.

Cars can't drive inside most of the old town — that's true for every taxi and every transfer company, not just us. If your riad is deep in the medina, your driver drops you at the nearest access point (Jemaa el-Fna, Bab Doukkala, or the gate closest to your street) and will point you in — or arrange a porter with a cart for the luggage. Tell us the riad name when you book and we'll plan the best drop-off in advance rather than improvising at midnight.

Is the price per person or per vehicle? Per vehicle. One fixed price covers the whole car, your luggage and all passengers up to its capacity — usually far better value than per-person tickets, especially for families and groups.

Will my driver wait if my flight is delayed? Yes. We track your flight in real time, so whether you land early or late your driver adjusts and waits in arrivals at no extra cost — 60 minutes of free waiting is included.

Can I pay in cash? Yes. Pay your driver in cash (euros or dirhams) on the day, or by bank transfer in advance. Your fixed price is guaranteed from the moment you book.

Do you provide child seats? Yes — baby seats and boosters are free on request. Just tell us the children's ages on WhatsApp and we'll fit the right seats.
